Interim application to take child out of city
Male,30, India. Divorce case is pending. Custody of child with mother. Guardianship applied for child. Can I ask for interim arrangement to take my male child-5yrs out of city (3hrs drive) atleast bi-monthly. Is there any previous judgements available?

You can make an application before the trial court. Subject to certain conditions to be imposed upon you to ensure safe return of the child, you are likely to get an interim order permitting you to take the child for a 3 hours drive, provided the child also agrees.
