Legal Question in Family Law in India

Interim mentainance

My husband filed a divorce case against me , so I filed a petition U/S 24 for interim relief and the district court ordered to pay the litigation cost and monthly mentainance cost to me.

But my husband does not pay

any amount to me although the order passed from last 10 months. Now his advocate filed a petition & affidavit that my husband leave his job and he was missing /absconding from his house from the last six months as a result unable to pay the interim relief . They play a trick to avoid the interim mentainance & litigation cost.

Now what is my next step? How can I get my interim mentainance ? Can I claim from my father-in-law ?

Please help me .

Re: Interim mentainance

You may file an application for dismissal of the divorce petition and for seeking to strike down his defence on the ground of non-compliance with court order.
