if she is threatenign to file dowry case you cn file for anticipatory bail. better if you file teh divorce case before she can file any case for dowery.

you should inform the police of your area as also the area where your in-laws live about your

(a) willingness to return all dowry articles and valubales of your wife;

(b) your readiness to provide adequate support for your wife; and

(c) your readiness to settle the matter amicably;

you should also make efforts for an amicable settlement with the intervention of elders/respectables of both sides;

these steps may dilute a case, if any, registered against you falsely.
