married in june 2009 seperated in march 2010 (9 months of marriage) In this period wife stayed at fathers house for 1 months with periodic intervals. marriage couldnot last due varied differences in lifestyle.finally it was decided of mutual divorce &""""" the girls father suggested that i send a draft mutual div petition to her " & accordingly the same was sent & NOW
1 SHE HAS FILED DIV Under grounds of A} CRUELTY B} CHEATING
MORE DETAILS : I was persuaing my Chartered Aaccountant(CA) FINAL COURSE at teh time of marriage & she is CA at the time of her marriage. ,she now claims That she has been informed i was a qualified at the time of marriage .
SHE HERSELF AGREES THAT A) THERE HAS BEEN NO PHISICAL ABUSES OR ABUSIVE LANGUAGE. SHE HERSELF LEFT THE HOUSE IN FRUSTRATION.
she claims I have forced her to hold apublic practice CA certificate TO HELP ME TO MEET MY BOTH ENDS & SUSTAIN THE FAMILY.
MY FATHER IS A CA.
SHE CLAIMS RS 10 L AS COMP FOR CRUELTY & FOR HOUSE
PLS GUIDE ME , FURTHUR SHE CLEARLY SPELLS GIVE ME 10 L I SHALL IMMEDIATELY SIGN THE SAME MUTUAL DIV DRAFT!

1)You have to hire a Advocate and defend the case. During counselling if both the parties effects compromise than the same petition can be converted into mutual consent divorce.
She has to prove her allegations which is just impossible after almost 2 years.
2) She may claim any amount of maintenance, but the court will not grant the same unless you don't defend the case.
