Issuance of Summons to an Indian Citizen living in Spain

Hello,

Could you please tell me what the procedure would be to send Summons from India to an Indian Citizen living in Spain. This is with regard to the maintenance of his wife and children who reside in India.

Your help is very much appreciated.

You may request the Indian Mission in Spain to ensure service of summons on the person concerned. They may use the means available for the purpose. The court may also simultaneously request the Spain Embassy in India to serve the person by their own means.
