You dont issue RCR and you dont send divorce. What is your question ?

sir, relief of divorce and the relief of RCR, are two contradictory reliefs. Once you have claimed divorce means you want to legally terminate the marriage. Thereafter, how can you say that you want to maintain the marriage and want your wife to come back and live with you. One possibility is that you seek mediation of the matter by approaching Mediation Cell of your district and then see if they can mediate to bring both the parties reconcile and live together.
