i am from jaipur , i want to marry a divorced girl ,but i want to know about the case on the basis of case record of the court , is it possible to see the case file of her divorce, i only know the name of a girl and his father and name of his ex husband , and also the date of the divorce

Yes you can check the courts file.
yes you can check the file by taking the permisson from the court
JUST see the divorce decree which she have with her. all details are there in that divorce decree,
Sir, once the case is decided it becomes a public record and any one may see the file officially. if the divorce decree was recent one, the case file will still be with the court which granted the deccree. however if decree is old, the file might have already gone to the record room. In either case you may see the file without problem. All you have to do is to move an application for inspection which you may write on a plain paper with Rs. 5/- or 10/- court fee stamp. In case file is with the court you need the case number. But if the court says that the file has been transferred or sent to the record room then do not forget to take the goshwara number of the case from the court staff. Because in record room the file will be traceable with the goshwara number. You may note down any thing from the file on your own paper with help of a pencil and not pen. You may also apply for a copy of any document if interested. Good luck!
you may not only see the file but can also get the certified copy of the decree. you may contact a lawyer and he would do the needful.
