Legal Question in Family Law in India

Can a joint GPA given my me and my husband with respect to a join marital property, be revoked by him alone? Please note that I do not wish to revoke or make any changes to the GPA.

yes he may revoke the authority without your consent, but to the extent of his share in the property, which if not defined is half.

i agree with Mr. Arya. once the GPA is revoked by him and the property is inseparable, it would amount to revocation of entire GPA.
