Legal Question in Family Law in India

judge has ordered me to pay the maintenance u/s 24 in oct but i haven't given it. can i asked the court for extension of order for 6 mths.

and if in between i get the final decision in D.V act will decision of sec 24 in divorce case will be applicable ??

if u want to stop order of section 24 then you have to file revision in high court. Else this order will be applicable.

any decision passed by any court, can be used as an evidence in another court unless challenged.
