Legal Question in Family Law in India

if i want to fight case of dv and 498a as i beleive i will win because i have done no crime .How much time it takes normally to settle a case as i do not want to give her divorce as she will again misuse the law by marry another innocent boy and reuien his life also as she did with me. pls tell me if i win case is she be punished for filling false case against me.or court will let her go home and frame another case.

REASON BEHIND NOT GIVING HER DIVORCE OR RECONCILLATION IS TO STOP OTHER BRIDE TO THINK BEFORE THEY FRAME FALSE CASE.

I dont want to give you any false hopes that your wife would be punished etc. I have never seen any wife being punished in my 19 years of experience. We can talk about your case and i would help you to get out of this imbroglio. If you wish not to give her divorce is your choice but you cant force this on your wife.
