Kamal sir, i wont be able to get understand your point .pls breif me on this as i already told u that evry belonging taken by inlwas evn iam paying 3000 rs as maintenance to my wife account.pls tell is mine case of 498a & 406 is weaker or not. 2nd dt of heraing for divorce is 24th july.on first hearing they not appear & notice in unserve wat to be next in this.?

You are asking that 498A & 406 is weaker or not. My answer is it all depends on investigation after investigation police will file charge sheet only after seeing charges sheet we can able to say that 498A and 406 is weaker or not and as you said that you filed divorce petition she did not appear she will become ex-part. You have asked that what will be the next. That you have to take permission of the court and send fresh notice to correct address.

SIr, after filing of chargesheet it depends on what evidence they give and what points you got during cross examination and that will decide the case, further if the notice is not served you have to take further steps liking sending the notice through RPAD or again the notice re-issued and get it served.
In a pending case your lawyer fully acquainted with facts of your case can be your best guide.
