Legal Question in Family Law in India

We are in Karnataka. Wife was away for three and half years out of which one and half years spent in abroad. Six years passed after the marraige.She intends to file a false complaint under 498A. Divorce petition was filed by husband and was received by her. After receiving this petition, she intends to file the complaint against relatives of husband. Will this be allowed.
