I'm a kerala woman. My husband is very cruel to me. So i decided to divorce after one year. I've no child. The dowry of about 30 lakhs is in his hand.

I'm deciding to suit a criminal case. He will not try to mutual consent.

How long will take for divorce case?

If the case take long duration,

Can i get another marriage?

option of 498a and domestic violence case is open to you in case he does not mutual agree for divorce. unless you seek divorce, you cannot get remarried and the second marriage would be void.
