The divorce petition is filed by me. I really need an early date in July after court holidays. Can you please advise me how I can make an appeal and to whom. Is it mandatory to apply High court or there is another way around.

What appeal ? Appeal for early hearing of your matter . No one is going to entertain in Delhi High Court. Any order by the ADJ has to go to High Court.
