Legal Question in Family Law in India

KINDLY SHOW ME A WAY....!!!!

I HAVE FILED A CASE OF MAINTENENCE & LEGAL SEPERATION AGAINST HUSBAND & INLAWS IN APRIL2009, NOW SITUATION IS THAT OUR CASE SEEMS TO BE AT LAST STAGE OF FINALISING MY MAINTENENCE. BUT MY HUSBAND STARTED CHANGING STATEMENTS AFTER EVERY 10 MIN,WHEN HE FEELS THAT MAINTENENCE IS GOING TO BE FIXED ON PARTICULAR DAY OF HEARING,HE IS READY TO TAKE ME BACK WITH HIM.ON THE OTHER SIDE,WHEN I SHOW WILLINGNESS TO GO WITH HIM,HE REFUSE TO LIVE WITH ME & HE ASK FOR MUTUAL CONSENT DIVORCE.HE SHOWS WILLINGNESS TO LIVE WITH ME WHN JUDGE ASK HIM,behind judge HE ASK FOR MUTUAL CONSENT...! HIS LAWYER HAS SEND US TO MEDIATION CENTRE, WE WENT THERE AFTR FEELING THE SCOPE OF REUNION BTWN US. BUT HE HAS CHALLENGE ME THAT HE COULD GET MARRIED AT THE AGE OF 40 YRS ALSO,BT I WILL NT GT ANY PARTNER AT 35 AS HE IS 5 YRS ELDER TO ME.I have decided to not to give him divorce at any cost now..?

IS HE MAD OR MAKING ME FOOL.?

I DNT WANT TO GET MARRY AGAIN,WHAT SHUD I DO NOW..?

WHAT IS THE DIFFRENCE BETWEEN LEGAL SEPERATION & DIVORCE...?

Legal Seperation is the pre stage of Divorce. In other words it is half divorce, where husband and wife live seperately for a certain period of time and if after that also they feel cant live together then the court grants divorce.

Secondly about your husband and what you should do now, unless I see the papers or have a discussion with you I cant say any thing
