I want to know
1.A wife is keeping relationship with many man on phone .Can it establish in the court?
2.A wife is taking interim maintenance but staying in the husband's house and using all his things like food,cosmetics etc.
Can it be accepted in the law that after paying all her day today expenses I have to pay interim maintenance.

It seems from your queries that you already have a litigation in court. There are different ways to prove things in court and since you already are conducting in court, your lawyer will be most eligible to advise, subject to the facts and developments in the court.
Secondly if your wife is using all your thing, despite her getting maintenance, you can seek to modify the order of maintenance if the same were not considered while order was passed. Your lawyer should best advise you, take his advise.
You may file an application to the court to stop maintenance as she is living with u and using house hold item in routine.
