Legal Question in Family Law in India

kya m apne husband ke pan card no se unki income ka pata laga sakti hun. i have asked for maintenance from him and he is denying. i have to prove his income in court.but i have no other source to get to know about this.

you can ask the court to direct your husband to file his salary slip and details of other valuables and assets. in case he does not file it, the court can summon the record.
