A lady having a baby boy after six month she get divorce. and 5 years later she get marry another person who doesn't having any child he wants to adopt child tell me the rules of
adoption after second marriage and legal formality and paper works etc.

he is the step father and cannot adopt the child. the child may have her step father s name in school records.
