A lady having a baby boy after six month she get divorce. and 5 years later she get marry another person who doesn't having any child he wants to adopt child tell me the rules of
adoption after second marriage and legal formality and paper works etc.

the child cannot be adopted as your legal status is of a step father and it would remain so. as the lady married you, so the child can have your name and there may not be any legal impediment to the same unless there is a court order to the contrary.
