Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi i am a lady living in chennai. I and my sister were married to the same family. my sister was ditched by her husband as she delivered a blind child. without giving divorce he is living with another woman and kids. Because of this issue my husband and i had frequent misunderstandings i dnt want to trust him as he might ditch me like his brother who ditched my sister. Meantime without any divorce or any kind of legal papers he happened to marry another woman. Now since ours is a love marriage and my husband loves me so much he told the lady that he is marrying her only for kids and will continue living with me only.now my husband hardly lived with that woman and there is not registration or anything happedn. may be he will go 2 times in a month or so which the girl agreed for. now the 2nd woman did all this for money knowing that my husband is innocent and desperate for a kid. my husband now realised his mistake and feels guilty and afraid of that woman. he is not meeting her for the past 6 months but she is a threat to him. now i am pregnant and my husband want to be with me. he is very much worried about our kids and their future he does not want to mess up. PLEASE help my innocent or stupid husband and me. we are married for 10 years and we do not want to mess up. please tell me the ways to protect my husband.

1. i understand that 2nd marriage is void since i havent signed in papers. what is the legal attacks my husband can face?

2. what are the threats that we can expect through 2nd woman. can she harras my husband through police compalints.?(the 2nd lady does not have any kids through my husband as they hardly lived together)

please help as to how we need to move further and save a innocent family.thanks

second marriage is void ab initio i.e. no marriage in the eyes of law and the person solemnizing it, may be guilty of bigamy.
