One lady who is already married then without divorce she do make second marrige with another person so i want know that can she get facility from second marrige person who is now currently centre govt employ ?(she have no child)

second marriage is void ab initio, i.e. no marriage in the eyes of law so she will not get any benefits in case there is some other claimant as well.
