Hi sir, just wanted to know if a boy said before marriage that he is a 12 th pass and he is 10th fail , also if they harras a girl for dowry and use bad words for he family every day in the first month of marriage , which case can anybody file on that

the girl may be entitled to file a criminal complaint under section 498-a and 420 IPC.She may also claim maintenance under domestic violence laws.

you can file for dowry harassment as well as domestic violance

it is too difficult to prove that the boy had lied about his education before marriage. however using bad words is actionable under domestic violence act and you can file a complaint before the magistrate in this regard.
