My sister was staying in Pune, but due to conflicts with here husband,He is not working and always torchering here for money and started beating here, so she launched a police comp agt him in pune and now she has taken transfer from here company to Banglore. Now how can she fill divorce, she should go to pune or she can fill from banglore

She can file a divorce petition.
Where the marriage took place or
where both of them last resided.

It can be filed under two conditions :
(1) It can be filed in the jurisdiction where the marriage ceremony was performed.
(2) You may file where both resided last.

any of the three places - place of marriage; respondent's place of living; or where they had last lived together

Divorce can be filed at the place where marriage was performed or at a place where both parties last resided together.
