Legal Question in Family Law in India

why there is a law enacted to give compensation or maintainence to a spouse by partner,who by all her freedom wanted to act freely without any hindrance in sex preferences ,to mate with secretly and ditch secretly and live secretly with planned mind to gain monterary gains,social status,simply to live to her life to enjoy,devoid of other partner consents though acting with sympatheic ,and selfish socitey who only look for their gains,and who are in forefront to gain from others(mostly world motive is gain from weak and others loss is my gain attitude,mujhe kya milega attitude)and if partners joined with world to enjoy and gain and legality is based on witnesses ,why would the partners mostly husbands has to prove infidility to get divorce and i wonder is there any universe to stop him from paying his hardearned money to give to estranged LEGAL partners though they dont sleep and choosen to sleep with their choosen males.i have vexed with seeing husabands paying money to money to live liberally though they dont like husbands and enjoying sex infront of married husbands making them to useless and living as dead with their label of husband forcefully by legal and society .society is rotten and this legal system is only killing innocents and completly distroying free consentual living by their own nature following dharmic nature.and last but not least male and female are equal and both thinks to sex and enjoy sex and other equally.but ,if she not well with character,how to prove it and if he looks deeply to judge,it is harassment and if he simply asks harassment and invasion of privacy of females and their liberty and that day onwards everything is monetary and cowart.in actions.but who has to pay to their secret lusting and why should this husband pay to live by giving money if thery decide to choose in their destinations to enjoy OR still these snakes wants to live with married husbands to make them impotents in their own house with in this allselifish society.and finally everybody in the garb of profession are money minters and looters in this present socitety and who will give justice and wants to bring justice in this earth.how much difficult in this society to bring justice in the society persons heart.marriage is based on trust and trust broken by one partner with dislike,hatred and breeding grounds for everything in crime is forcefully imposed on husbands to lose their life and making them dead.so repel maintaience and make both work and earn money by themselves by removing husbands bonded labours in this world and living dead in this world.this question is regarding he who follows own mind from beginning and waited for divinity in relation from mind and pursued his ideals to the steps of marriage.is he right in living puritans till marriage or we as humans follow animals from day of birth to death by follwoing animal rules and emulating animal instincts of looting ,killing,forcing,like animal rules.is our system proponent of dharmic living and saving dharmic life or exponent of animal life?what is our legal and social system to safe guard these kind of now rare human beings.?any voice to answer this in TOTALITY but not by authoritarian laws and law acquired authority or ego.please reply with reason and purpose of law and its present validity and stauts of humans in present law setup.law force is life and death to LIVING beings.life is all creatures wants and pronounce dharma not authoritarian law on LIFE.i want to live and not live as dead.
