Is there a law by which a girl who deserts the husband on flimsy ground and also in short time [one month], not elligible for alimony and the husband can get the decree exparte???

You have fit case for Divorce on the ground of Desertion and Cruelty. But you still have to wait for 1 year to proceed against her for Divorce or else move an application u/s 14 of Hindu Marriage Act for waiving of this mandatory period .
