Law for Girls about the Share in Father's Property
Sir, My question is as per the law daughters are also equally priviledged to take their share in the father's property with her brothers. But my question is that is there any provision that while taking share of father's property she should be equally responsible for their liklihood also. Means Are daughters bears equal responsibility of their parents as brother holds responsible for feeding parents in old age.

you can not enjoy the fruit without performing your duties towards your parents.You are also liable to performe your duties towards your parents including feeding etc.

Yes they are equally responsible to maintain old and infirm parents who may not have any independent source of income. The responsibility is upon all the children. Whosoever has better resources will be required to contribute more. The contribution would thus pro-rated as per financial strength of the children - irrespective of the fact if the child is male or female. Even married girls also have responsibility towards this parents.

This is irrespective of the fact if any property is inherited or not.
