Legal Question in Family Law in India

i got married 1999, i last my husband in an accident, after that i take my son [sole] for last 5 years, i want to go for remarriage now, but my inlaws from beginning they say they want the kid [ofcourse i am legal parent] what i have to do, where i have to complain, i am so much disturbed for the same, kindly help me

You need self-help and not any outside help.

You are entitled to guardianship of your son UNLESS the child's grandparents or any other close relative approach the court and seek guardianship of his person and property - one of the grounds they may put is : the child has inherited a huge fortune and the step father may have an evil eye on that;

they can't prevent you from remarriage but can file custody suit for getting your son.
