there is no legal right to get rid of parents rather you should try to win your husband's heart by taking care of his parents as your own. your problem is more social than legal. in case you cannot take care of the parents and your husband is not ready to accept you, you have an option to seek divorce, maintenance and alimony.

You don't want divorce then join your husband and lead your matrimonial life together. Further you can convince your husband for having a separate accomodation for you both only.

You may make a written complaint to appropriate authorities against all such persons who had committed violence against you as per Domestic Violence Act.
