i am also lawyer i also dont agree what bennet says when divorce proceeding is going on and wife comes to husband house however if divorce is not filed and husband turns out the wife then she can apply for domestic violence act and court can say about rental accomadition or some other alternative if divorce is going on and wife has left home and she comes back one can understand whole thing will mess up.
