If my lawyer uable to prove the Violence my inlaws and my husband done against me

whether the judge order me to vacate the house (present i am living alone with my 2 1/2 years son in mother- in-laws named house).

Is there any right to my husband to take me without my willing to

any other house? or court will order me to go where i dont like?

because my husband warned my witnesses. without attending to court

unless and untill you are divorced you will be his legally wedded wife and now body legaly can throw you out.
