sir,

want to know legal rights of mine & my elder brother in the property of my first father in case my mother carry second marriage due to death of my first father & now i m 29 yrs old till now there are no claim put up by my family on property due the fianancial problem & on the assumption that they themselves gives the rights to me & my brother but now i want to take action & claim on that. plz advice what to do & how

you will definitely have a right in your natural father's property along with your brother.

someone must be in possession or managing the property claim your right there. demand a partition of your share!

consult a lawyer!

issue a legal notice!

proceed further!

all the class I heirs of your father are entitled to share equally; irrespective of change in their status after his death.
