Legal Question in Family Law in India

I want to leave my wife because i don't like that she is not beautiful how can

dear sir,

i am geeting married this year june 2005. But main problem is there that I cheated by my father-in-law while first time i saw to girl she was very beautifull and fair. but after marriage reality is that her color is black. reason is that she had done the help of beauty parlour. now i want to avoid her. I became from the middle class family . My father is a government teacher. after marriage she is at her father's home.yet i have not made physical relationship with her. pls. give me advice how can I leave her.

It appears that the only way you open for you is to file for a Divorce or an annulment. You could file the annulment petition immediately, while for filing a divorce petition, you may have to wait for at least one year from the date of marriage.
