Leaving country without informing court

I thank you very much and also two attornies who answared my question.

I may inform you that I had given application along with copies of legal proceedings to the ambessy, to air port athority of India, apprehending that my son in law is planning to go abroad without the settlement of divorce. Can an ambassy issue visa to a person without considering my application?

HELLO.

GOOD AFTERNOON!

As far the High Commision is concerned it cannot stop the Embassy from issuing the Visa until and unless it is a order from the Hon'ble Court. I would advise you to file a police complaint so the police can demand the passport and they can also contact the visa issuing office with the details of the police case.

The Embassy may not be bound by the divorce proceedings UNLESS there is any injunction or order from any court. However, if you have got a criminal case registered against him, the police may issue a "look out notice" and may demand his passport; you may also approach immigration authorities with details of the police case, if any.
