Leaving Home Premanently

Sir, i want to leave home and settle elsewhere, i want that my parents & relatives can't trace me. I want to live all alone.pls give me advice whether i m violating any Law. Also, advice me on how to give ID proof further regarding my settlement at another place. How should i settle with the persisting ID proofs?(license,PAN card,Passport,etc).Pls help me. I would not claim you for any reasons,it's a gentleman's words.

Hello.

As far ID proofs are concerned you have got them all to produce in case of an identifaction.

You are not violating any law.

If you are an adult/major, you are entilted to set up your residence anywhere in the country. You may apply to the concerned authorities for change of address.

Normally there is no violation of law, but according to sec.125 Cr.P.C it is a duty of the son/daughter who has sufficient source of income to maintain his/her perents so in sence it a violation of law.There are several way to prove ID such as license, Pancard,Passport etc. I think that this willnot be a problem.
