Can I get into a legal agreement with my husband , in which I have clauses like his parents will not come and visit us , They will not be contact with our son. I want to get into these clause because I am threatened from his parents. Can I get into this agreement for my security and safety of me and my child.

despite the fact, you can get into this agreement and even the parents can give a statement to this effect, but it may not be valid as law of estoppel will not apply to such statements. in case you can make out a case that they are interfering in your peaceful possession of the property except by due procedure of law, you may seek restraint orders.
Such agreements are not valid and legal in the eyes of law. You cannot prevent grandparents from their grandchildren. They also have equal rights. But in case of any realtime issues you can give complaint to the police about the harrassments to you and your children and get redressal through the court.
Your insisting on such an agreement may amount to "cruelty" against your husband which may be a ground for him to seek divorce.
