Dear Sir,

I got married since 2 years, I work in muscat and have brought my wife along with my family to muscat. Now my wife is there in her mother's house (Past 2 months in Maharstra) and not returning to my house - telling i will come to muscat directly with out going to my house (in Tamilinadu)and not to bring my mother and sister to live with me here in muscat. I have a boy 1 and half years, I want to have him with me. My mother in law is behind the problem and would like to seperate me from my family and giving all the backups for my wife to fight with me.

Kindly advice how can i manage this leagally or for a Mutual Settlement.

The best way is to make your wife happy and PERSUADE her to side with you. Even if temporarily you may need to humor your Mother-in-law, it may be a better bargain than considering any kind of litigation or legal method.
