Legal Question in Family Law in India

How to get legal authentication to cousin marriage as it is ILLEGAL under Hindu Marriage Act, Do changing the religion to Christianity and then registering it would make the said marriage Legal , as in Indian Christianity Act there is no restriction on the cousin marriages.

Further Sir. 1. Whether there is any provision in the in the Hindu law that says so that if the person converts into any religion to escape from the law still the law is applicable to them as it was originally applicable. If not then everyone can escape from the law like this , so is there any provision in the Hindu Law or decided case law on this matter or any other matter ,under which the court has applied the provisions of the original law though the person accused has changed the religion.

Though this is not escaping from the law as no one can prove that i convert in Christianity to marry as one's interest can develop any time in any religion, simply marrying after changing the religion will not be sufficient to prove that i changed the religion to escape from the law.

BUT SIR DECIDED CASE LAW OR PRIVION OF HINDU LAW SIR IN THIS REGARD

2. Can the religion be changed twice is there any restrictions on that, and if i again become Hindu ,then as now a Christian is changing its religion to Hindu who originally by birth was Hindu does Hindu law applies and makes the marriage Illegal on the ground that i was originally Hindu OR as a Christian now converted to Hindu the Hindu Marriage Act does apply and does not make our marriage Illegal.

Please sir there are many questions and situations I have raised before you so please answer on one to one basis sir, so that I have some clarity sir

I can go to court and hide that fact that we are cousins and get my marriage registered but if any one complaints than the decision of the court will be that its an illegal marriage and is void as Hindu Marriage Act has placed such marriage in the degrees of prohibited relationships and such marriage is not legal under Hindu Marriage Act, that why talking about conversion to Christianity sir, that will solve the purpose but again few questions in mind that I have raised before you sir.

IN THE END TELL ME ANY WAY SO THAT I CAN GET MARRIED LEGALLY AND IN FUTURE NO ONE CAN RAISE ANY VALID QUESTION ON MY MARRIAGE TO MAKE IT NULL OR VOID OR CREATE ANY KIND OF PROBLEM IN THE NEAR FUTURE .

PLEASE SUGGET ME

Thank u

Mahesh

Change of religion will not change your situation. There is no legal method to alter your situation. The marriage will remain invalid.
