legal case on father
my father as not purchased any flat nor plot. what ever he has only the bank balance. He spend money on his 2 sons career. But he does n't put interest on me and about my career. I am 30 years old unmarried, and no job. As a daughter can I put legal case on my father?

you can only calim maintainence against your father that to till you only get married

You may apply for maintenance allowance.

yes you can under hindu adoptions and maintainance act under section 20

yes, you can ask maintenance including education expenses etc. from your father and also marriage expenses.

The only possible claim by you against your father can be of maintenace; and that too if you can prove that you are unable to maintain yourself. No one has any right in father's self acquired property; and more particularly the bank balances. Pleae bear with the situation and try to think good of your father at least for so long as you live with him.
