Legal Clarification

Hi Sir,

Few weeks back i sent to the request Legal Note to my wife regarding inviting to my house because she left 4 month back to my home. For this legal not we mentioned to response the note within 7days. my clarification is:

1) we sent legal not through register post but still we didn't received any acknowledge from postal dept, we inquired postal department they are not giving proper responses. What we can do? For this register post receipt is enough with any acknowledgment.?

2. Still we didn't get any responses from my wife house weather she received legal note or not? if she will not respond what is further step i can do it?

Please let me know the clarifications

sie what kind of legal notice have you sent is it restitution of conjugal right or notice for divorce

You should settle the matter amicable forgetting "legal notes". It is strictly a family matter and you should try to avoid all legal actions. It will be better if you assuage her feelings, and pacify her by apologizing for your mistakes, if any, which made her to leave the family home.

1)Obtain a certificate of delivery from the post master.

2)File restitution of conjugal rights case.

you can lodge a complaint to teh post office regarding non reciept of acknowledgement
