legal divorce decree after 11 years divorce[non judicial]

respected sir,i am a divorcee woman [nonjudicial] with 1 kid. but after 11 years my case is transfered in family court ,and i have to remain present on 11 may.sir,how can i handle this?do i have appoint a lawyer or i will get solution directly from family court? i dont have any idea,opposite party will not remain present bcz he got married. please help me as soon as possible.

in teh family court you can contest teh case yourself can you tell as to who has filed this case

what is non judicial divorce. why u have to be present in family court when you have been divorced and your husband remarried. state all the facts.
