Legal Question in Family Law in India
I took legal divorce and then married a widower with 2 kids in 1998 by Hindu rites and also registered it.As he didn't want to look after my 2 daughters of 1st marriage; he filed for divorce on spurious grounds of cruelty, desertion and adultery in 2001.During his cross in 2006,for the first time he confessed on oath to his one more marriage which he hadn't mentioned in any legal documents so far.He confessed that he has 2 more daughters out of that marriage and has taken a customary divorce on 100 Rs. stamp paper from that wife.He also admits to be Hindu,Kshatriya Rajput and that wife was Shimpi; Hindu of different community. On being absolute adamant my lawyer agreed to apply for nullity of my marriage and plea was suitably amended.I also suceeded in filing FIR in Octo 2009 under376(4),493,494,496 for which he was arrested, released on bail after 13 days..In order in2010 his 1st divorce is declared invalid but order on nullity is sidelined by stating that the issue is discussed elsewhere and divorce was granted to him on grounds of cruelty on my part that I charged him wth rape.I have gone for appeal on my own which is for order since June2011.As he is wealthy and connected he is managing as criminal case of FIR is pending against him(his plea in High Court for squashing of FIR was rejected).I want to know if I am right legally and are there any legal forums for females whom I can approach for help.

Your approach appears to be prima facie correct in accordance with law. However, you may continue pursuing the FIR vigorously. If you get a chance, you should try to reach an amicable settlement as soon as possible instead of prolonging litigation.
