What are the legal documents which a married man with children should produce if he wants to get married 2nd time in India as per the Hindu Marriage Act....

2nd related question..In case of death of this man & the absence of a will... will his assets be apportioned between his 1stwife, children as well as his 2nd wife and their children..pls advice

Decree of Divorce with first wife or Death Certificate of first wife

2nd related question..In case of death of this man & the absence of a will... will his assets be apportioned between his 1stwife, children as well as his 2nd wife and their children..pls advice

If divorce, then first wife will not be entitled. If not, then assets would be divided between first wife, children of first wife and children of second wife. Second wife will not be entitled to anything.

Yes, the division will be amongst children of first wife, and the 2nd wife and her children.
