Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Legal Eagles,

My wife deserted my house after conceiving in the month of December, 2010. Ever since she had been staying in her parental home and delivered in the month of September,11..Though we are in constant touch but there had been no visible signs for her to return and sighting her reservation and deep animosity against my household. In fact, she never cared to get my child at least for an hour to my house. In this circumstances, i spoke to her for an amicable get way to resolve this stallmate. In the midst, i am being deprived to see my child on a regular basis leading to animosity. I told her that if she is not confidant that we are not compatible to live under the same roof, then we can mull the option for a mutual separation but she is not willing to go with that option for what she calls that my child will be deprived of his paternal identity and has to face social stigma. This is somewhat a catch-22 situation for which i seek your kind advise for me to take forward..

If u want to reside with her then u may file application under S.9HMA and if u want to take divorce then u can file divorce and for more clarification u can cintact m
