LEGAL ENFORCEABILITY OF THE RESPONDENT TO REMAIN PRESENT BEFORE COURT IN DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASE.

Is it necessary for the respondent to remain present before court in Domestic Violence case?

The mother of the Husband is exempted by an order of Supreme Court. Rest are expected to be present in Court or move an application for exemption for that particular date.
