About the legal heir for my maternal grand father's land

Am I a eligible legal heir for my maternal grand father's property. My grandfather is no more alive now. My mother is also not alive. She has born befre 1956.

yes you are legal heir but not of first class.

i mean that u are legal heir but many others have superior right to it if there is any. contact personally.

Broadly speaking you are entitled to succeed to your grandfather 's estate.you did not mention when your mother and grandfather expired.
