Legal Question in Family Law in India

legal holding of a private trust

My father has made a private trust in which he leaves his two children everything after the demise of our mother. i want to know as to whether the same can be challenged in a court of law after the demise of my parents by my sister. To be specific, i want to know as to what are my rights in case of such a private trust which has been created to part the property to us two children. Are there any flaws in the law in India where my sister can expose these flaws to deprive me of my rightful share in the trust?

Re: legal holding of a private trust

One needs to see the will - to identify the flaw. Also it is presumed that property whcih your father left to the Trust - must be - self acquired in nature. Subjcet to this there should not be a problem.
