Legal marriage

hi , i'm planning to marry a girl and

her parents are not agreeing for

this.if i go for a register marriage ,

the notice will be sent to her

parents house so it will be an

another problem..so can someone

please suggest me on how to

marry her so that it will be

acceptable by law.

If she is an adult and is consenting, you may marry her as per Hindu rites and ceremonies in a temple or Arya Samaj mandir; based upon a certified issued by the priest, you may seek registration of marriage with the Registrar of Marriages as per law.

the marriage registration is now simplified and no notice is being issued to the parents. simply go and get your marriage registered.

you can marry in temple or go for court marriage. contact a local lawyer with full details.
