Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am in legal wife maintainence case.and ordered to pay 10 k since 7 years and they are taking money from my employer, salary cutting and i was due around 300k .excess sofar.opposite party approched for enhancement citing my salary increse.since around 2 years i am not attending court as myself humiliated and feeling dejected from marriage and doing my job and living worthfully.i have a daughter with her and she is claiming maintainece part,in ordered amount.i have no fighting capacity in years of legal battles and mental stamina to with hold mind in life.now my stamina came to end unable to concentrate in life and withstand betrayal anymore.i asked her for child custody and divorce with mutual basis due to decade long marriage nemesis but as it it financially suited to her for life long maintainece and probable prize of enhanced 20k maintainence filed and going on,,she rejected my outside plea .now i have nbws for not attending court and no money to attend court and decided to quit life and pray god in traditional roadside phakir way with no hopes for food and shelter and pray for god to save me.how many days imprisonment minimum can be ordered for this pakir if surroundered in court,to teach him a lesson?what indian section and prison term for not paying maintainence in future?i have trust in god in rescuing me and punish those who destroyed my life.is this approch wrong?can indian law punish these pakirs?kindy enact more harsher sentencees and maintainence quantum verdicts as people may turn as mad and pakirs in india.highest intellentia of lawyers and law enacting persons intervention to save ladies and sheltering them from husbands to make office workers or house maids is utmost priority of our nation.save women of india and punish pagals,pakirs,mera bharat unique!
