Legal-Joint hindu family
Mother allotted site BDA�78.Self married both working first installment
paid in her name, I took loan, fully paid in her name (transferred thro�
my SB A/c to her A/c).She wrote transfer site in my name, with details-
Voters list/Ration card/affidavit etc They took back Original allotment letter,
myself by fresh application & Re-allotted it, I got(EC,Katha,Possession
certificate,Lease cum-sale/Tax Paid)Conditional sale deed with endorsement
for taking loan from LIC/employer.I constructed, by then father died -1979,
workgoing on; a year after fathers�death,I occupied with family/Mother,House
warming sisters come,brothers dint�come-(elder brother staying outside�Nasik),
others are stayed with 1 elder brother-he got married by that time(others one by
one got married).I cleared my Loan in march,1995. I took care of mother etc.
she expired in April�95.Since then I staying with family.During end 2008,
one of my brother claiming share in property, stating a Joint Hindu Family
property etc(value of site has gone abovc1000 times!).I retired recently,with all
benefits. What is legal complication in this regard,where I stand now etc.??

all legal heirs of your father - i.e. all your brothers and sisters may be equally entitled to a share in the property;
however, you may contest their claim on available grounds after consulting your local lawyer.
