Legal Question in Family Law in India

We had got legally Divorce in July-2009.The Minor 9 years Son's at present Custody is with my ex-wife. I had given permanent Compensation. i.e gift deed of flat in my son's name. As per Family Court order, I have Access to meet my Son once in a Month.

Now My Ex-Wife demanding More Money from me and not giving Permission to me ,to meet my son.I am now got remarried and have One Son of 3 months from Second Marriage.While my Ex-wife is still Single. I am eager to meet my Elder Son Occassionaly, please give me advise.

File a petition before the court explaining the court about the settlement between you and your ex wife.

you need to file an execution petition of the order granting you visitation and in case she does not abide by the order of the court, you may move an application for contempt of court.
